Outlook Beta

I had installed Outlook 2003 before downloading the 2007 Beta version. This
latest version keeps crashing. How can I go back to the 2003 version and
'delete' the Beta version?

Before getting rid of it, check Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs,
Change Adobe Acrobat Pro 6/7 (not the reader) and remove the Outlook &
Office plug-ins. That might get rid of your crashes.

What do you mean by "changing" the Adobe Acrobat? Do you mean to upgrade it?
Delete it? Or?

How do you remove the Outlook/Office plug-ins?
