Outlook blocked access to potentially unsafe attachments

I received an email with an Access db file, and I really need the file, but I
go the message I typed in the Subject line. I need to get to the file. How
can I unblock the attachment? In the listing of emails, it still shows the
paper clip as if there is an attachment on the email.
