Outlook calendar syncs hour later on pocket pc

When I sync something from my Outlook Calendar on my
desktop to my Pocket PC (IPAQ), it makes the time an hour
later on my pocket PC. It leaves it as the correct time
on my desktop. The other weird thing is that it does not
have this problem if it goes from my IPAQ to my Desktop.
Any suggestions?
