The HR department uses a shared calendar. A user on the
West Coast has been an exception to this. Our concerns
are as follows:
1. Timing. If he enters a 9am appointment, will it show
up as 12noon to us on the east coast and 9am for him?
2. Will other people in his office be able to see
availability in his schedule when planning if he converted
from his personal calendar to our shared calendar.
3. Can the reminder function still be used by the user.
