Outlook "Cancel Request"

When a client (Win XP Office XP) tries to send a mail
requesting delivery reports when the delivery report
comes back it cannot be opened. The cancel request dialog
opens and it points to an Exchange 5.5 server no the E2k
IN THE SITE. WIthin the same site W2K OFFICE 2K are fine.
