Outlook cannot receive mail

Hi, just installed outlook 2003, configured three email accounts, two are
pop3 and the third is a IMAP. Tested the connection at setup and no error,
IMAP does not have a test at configuration, ......so all works except I
cannot get email from the POP3 accounts. No errors messages, I do have the
option set so the server keeps a copy, that should not matter. When I try
outlook express the emails get downloaded.
Any help would be appreciated.
