Outlook Ccapp problem

Using Outlook 2002, when receiving mail, receives 2 or 3 messages and then
gives error " Ccapp has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL. Ccapp will now
close" and connection to server closes down.Any ideas ??

It's a Norton problem, I believe. Do a Google search for the exact error
message you posted.

Are you using Norton Antivirus to scan your mail as it downloads? Disable
email scanning and see if the errors stop.
