Outlook Chooses to use RFT format or HTML

HI, is there anyone who can answer this question?

I know that there is a way in Outlook to let the program by it self choose to use RTF_Format or HTML_Format in replays based on the first mail.
I know also that there is a way to get a flag to show what Format that mail is using.
But I can't find it...
