Assuming that your accounts are already set up, and you aren't using MS
Exchange (which already stores your messages on the main server):
Go to Tools| Email Accounts...
Ensure that the "View or change existing e-mail accounts" radio button is
selected and click "Next"
Check that the email account in question is selected then click the
"Change" button.
Click the "More Settings" button
Click the Advanced tab.
Click the checkbox for "Leave a copy of messages on the server"
Click OK
Click Next
Click Finish
That should do it.
