Outlook Connector User Guide and a Question

Dear All:

Where can I download a User Guide on how to use the Outlook Connector? I
need to learn how to use it for one of my Clients.

Until I get it, I have one question concerning the location of the email.

We are using Outlook 2003 with Outlook Connector 12.0 to access email. The
address is [hidden]@msn.com. In the Outlook folder list, there is an entry
for his email which contains the Inbox, Sent Items, and Deleted Items.

When I click on Server status I see he has several thousand emails, which
are on the MSN Server. I set a field which said Download all Headers and
Body (or something similar, I am not at the Client's site so the wording may
not be exact). I had thought it would transfer the email from the MSN Server
to the Client's system. That apparently is not happening. What am I doing
wrong?

Nothing is wrong; that's exactly how it is supposed to work. The MSN
Connector is a 2-way syncing process so messages are kept both on-line as
offline. See it as having an offline cache.
