Outlook contacts & Calendar

I am using outlook contacts, when I have created a contact I can go to the
actions tab & create an appoitment with that contact, however when it creates
the appointment it does not put in the address details, the contact name
appears at the bottom of the appoitment, this means I have to copy & paste
all the contact details so they appear in the subject box and the location,
is ther an easier way to do this or can i get a programme that will do this???

that's how it works - click on the name and it opens the contact if you need
to see the address.

Thanks Diane, however I know that clicking on the name opens up the contact &
then I can see the contact details, but I need to see the name & address
details in the calendar because I print this off,if not it means that I have
to open the calnedar & click the contact which is not practical
