Outlook Contacts in Word problem

I'm running office xp, so I have Word and Outlook 2002.

I have all my addresses in my Contact folder in Outlook. This includes
contacts with email addresses and ones without. However when I go to
print an envelope in word, the only contacts that come up are the ones
that have email addresses.

So I figure there is some sort of setting that I have missed somewhere
that is only allowing me only use contacts that have had also included
an email address with.

So what do I need to do that will allow ALL of my contacts (ones with
and without email addresses) in Outlook to show up in Word for
printing envelopes?

Provide more information.
Was this an upgrade rather than a clean install? If so, from what version
and mode of Outlook?

This was a clean install (I had to reformat my HD). I loaded my
contacts from my palm, if that matters.

Thanks
