Outlook Contacts Problem

I have a user who has a problem opening her contacts
folder either from the folder list or OUtlook Bar. She
receives a Dr. Watson error and then Outlook closes. Dr.
Watson log seems to be of no help. I have reinstalled
several times (even on differnt partitions) but to no
avail. Also it will not even allow me to up her to SP2 or
greater in Office.

Office 2K SP1
NT 4 SP6


Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
