Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 175296
ErrMsg: "Outlook Could Not Start Because a Location to
Send and Receive Mail Could Not Be Found"

Running OL2000

go to mail icon in CP and theres no delivery tab to set
the default location into!!???

Help please if U can
