Outlook crashes/freezes when minimised

Help!!

I have a couple of colleagues who when they either..........

(a) Minimise Outlook 2003.
(b) Switch to another application.

................Outlook will crash/freeze.

The only way to get back into it is to stop the Process through Task
Manager, and open up Outlook again.

I have rebooted the PC, reinstalled Outlook, but still this random
crash/freeze occurs.

Has anyone else experienced this?
