Outlook crashing

Hi,
we have outlook 2000-SR1 logging on to exchange 2000 SP3.
one client has a problem, it can log on to exchange ok but
as soon as the user tries to send a new message an error
message says "Outlook cased an invalid page fault in
module negotiat.dll" outlook then closes down.

Any ideas??
