Help!! I have a user that is experiencing frequent Outlook
2000 crashes. After having it open for 5 minutes, It
generates an error in outlook.exe and closes the program.
It is in corporate/workgroup mode. I have reinstalled
office, applied all service packs, removed the user's
windows profile and even set up her email on a totally new
computer and it still crashes!! Any help would be greatly
appreciated. I have tried running in outlook safe mode as
well. I am wondering if there's something I need to do
with her mailbox on the exchange server.
