Outlook deleting mail when you close it

If i select a mail in my in box and then select another
one, the mail I had selected disapears. I have ran all
Services patchs and reinstalled outlook and ofice. anyone
have a answer?

Under 'View|Current View', make sure "Unread Messages" is NOT checked. If
it is, as soon as a message is marked "Read", it will disappear from view.
