Outlook did not start correctly last time. Start in Safe Mode.

I see the above message always I start Outlook 2007 with options Yes and No,
I select No and always it shows the same message the next I startup. Are
there any solutions to this? Please let me know. Thanks.

Start in Safe mode and disable your addins. Start Outlook normally now and
see if it still works after restarting.
If so, your issue is being caused by an addin.

Thanks for the reply. I followed the steps in the link you provided. But I
think that link was missing one small step (Select or clear the check box for
the Add-in that you want enable or disable ). I guess that was important to
enable or disable any add-ins. I just used the below link instead and it
worked for me.
