Outlook Distribution list

I have a user who created a distribution list, she is the
owner of this list and has added users to it before.

Now when she try's to add a user she get the following.

Changes to the distribution list could not be saved,you
do not have Sufficient permissions.

She was given admin permission on the distribution list.

Any help would be appreciated.
