Outlook does not recognise email address in read-receipt

HI
I have a client who when they receive emails that look to send back
read-receipts, the receipt gets created but sits in the outbox and says it
does not recognise the email address it's going to.
It doesn't try to automatically send it either, it waits until I hit
send/receive.
Anyone know why this happens?


Also a 2nd Q, outlook doesn't show up the previously typed email addresses
when I go to create a new email, it doesn't Auto-fill (if that's the correct
term) or give suggestions as to what the email address I might be typing
could be.

Any help on either of these would be greatly appreciated.
