Outlook doesnt have the contact I saved with smart tag

I used the "save address to Outlook" option with smart tag, but when I tried
to insert the address in another document, it says that the contact isn't
found. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Check for additional Contacts folder in Outlook Address Book.
Or open Outlook Address Book by going under Tools> Address Book and try to
select different options as to select different Contacts folder under the
field 'Select Names from;.
