Outlook Email Accounts Back up

Hi, I mirroed the contents of my entire internal hard
drive via Norton Ghost to an external hard drive before
reformatting the drive.

Now that I have re-installed the applications on the
internal hard drive, I was able to copy the data folders
and address books from the external hard drive to the
internal drive.

However, I am unable to retrieve the email accounts and
message rules as I was not able to locate the files.

Is there a way to retrieve the email accounts and message
rules from the external hard drive?

Typically, rules are stored in the PST, but account information is, I
believe, in the the mail profile. For some versions of Windows, I believe
the profile is stored in the Registry.
