Outlook email problem

I want to add my email account to a second computer and have both work
independent of each other, in other words if I delete an email on the first
computer, I still want it on the other. Thx for the help!

That's the default functioning of POP accounts - each PC is independent.
However, you must configure the accounts on each computer to leave messages on
the server. That setting is on the Advanced tab of your account properties.
