Outlook email setup

Can any one tell me what to put in the follwing text box
when setting up email in outlook...."Outgoing mail
(smtp)" I have created an email address and i want the
mail to come and go from outlook. at the moment i can
recieve messages but not send. i think the above 'smtp'
thing is where the problem lies.

Depends on your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
information. Go to your ISP site and they will have
the information that you need.
