Outlook Email Signature

R

Every few months Outlook 2000 loses my Email signatures
requiring me to re-create them. I use about ten, so this
has become a time consuming hassle.

Why is this happening, and what kind of file and where is
the location Outlook stores these signature files so I can
retrieve them and not have to take time to re-create them.
Thank You

<signature_name>.txt for plain text, .rtf for Rich Text and .htm for HTML
emails. Each would have the name of the signature followed by the
extensions. Location is in C:\Documents and
Settings\<windows_profile_name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures\.
