I'm having a problem with Outlook 2000 on a Win2K machine.
When I try to access a folder or message, I get a
<Folder> - Microsoft Outlook: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application
Error
The instruction at <random hex> referenced memory at
<another random hex>. The memory could not be "read".
The hex values are different most of the time, but
0x8b02444 comes up a lot.
I have:
Disabled all Add-Ins (including Net Folders)
Made sure Default Language is English and removed support
for other languages
Run Norton Anti-Virus (no viruses)
Run CHKDISK, fixed all disk errors
Defrangmented with Win2K defragmernter
Run Norton Utilties WinDoctor, fixed all problems.
And I still get this Outlook error. Any help would be
appreciated!
-Thanks, Lloyd Matthews <[email protected]>
