Outlook Error Message

Outlook is giving us the following error message everytime we try to send
delivery confirmations.

Does anyone have any idea why we are getting these error messages:

A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf.
Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose 'No'.
