Outlook Error Msg : "Out of memory and system resources"

Hi,
using Outlook 2000 on an NT4 machine, it has just began throwing up an
error...

"Out of memory and system resources"

whenever i try to add an attachment to an e-mail.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? What did you do to get rid of it?
