Outlook Error

When I attempt to send or receive messages Outlook freezes, I when to task manager and I noticed that there is a application running called MAPISP32.EXE that takes up 100% of the CPU, if I end task to that application and try to send and receive messages that same app appears again. I am on a network I have tried from different machines and the samething happens. I deleted the user account from the Exchange server and recreated the account. I have removed the personal folder from outlook and added it back but the samething seems to continue happening. Any suggestions?
