OUTLOOK ERRORS

When I go to delete or move an email in my in box I get
the message. The messaging interface hads returned an
unknow error re start outlook. I have done this plus run
the repair tool but to now avail. My mail does not send
and receive either.

Can anyone help please?

Clear your Deleted Items folder and try again.
In addition you can Compress your pst-file from within Outlook. Then close
Outlook and run scanpst.exe against the file.
