Outlook errors

I get this error message when i click to button in the message window of
outlook 2003

WMS ST Notif window:explorer.exe-application error

The instruction"0x39710410 referenced memory at "0x04000065".Memory could
not be read.
click ok to terminate the prg
click on cancel to debug the prg

NoMatter what i do outlook hungs.
any help?
