Outlook & Exchange Server Connection

I am using Small Business Server 2003 and have only one user on my network that gets the error:
The connection to Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to
complete this action. I m trying to create this users default exchange mail account. I am right clicking on the
desktop icon - properties - putting in the location of the server - her ID and choose select and get this error. Her
ID can access mapped drives to the server. I can access the users mail on another client. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall Outlook and the same condition occurrs. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Thanks
Terry

Did you double check the network configuration to make sure that it is
pointing to the same DNS/WINS servers as the other machines?

One other possibility is to check and see if Internet Explorer is set to
work offline. Maybe something is throwing the setup off where it thinks
there is no network connection.
