I have two computers in two different locations not
shutting down properly. When shutting down an end task
screen coms up telling me that outlook.exe is not
closing. If I check the Task Manager there is nothing
there. The only thing these computers have in common is
they both have a HP 6122 print driver installed on them.
I removed the print driver from one of them and cleaned
out the registry but they both still do the same thing.
The problem started one one of the computer right after I
installed the print driver.
