OUTLOOK.EXE process runs during Windows shutdown

For some reason, everytime I shutdown, reboot, or logoff a
message box appears that says OUTLOOK.EXE is not
responding and I have to End Task to shutdown. Does
anyone know of any fixes for this issue??
