Outlook Express - adding addresses

In Outlook Express, when you received an e-mail, you used to be able to go to
Tools, Address Book, Add Sender to Address Book and it would add that e-mail
address to a list. (My mother is blind and this was the easiest way for her
to keep e-mail addresses of her friends). She now has a new computer with
the latest version of Outlook (I understand Express is no more!) and we don't
know how to add these addresses anymore. Any suggestions?

Outlook Express still exists on XP machines - the equivalent in Vista is
Windows Mail. Outlook 2007 is the latest version. Do you have that?

Yes, we have Outlook 2007. So her mail can be downloaded into Windows Mail
like it was in Outlook Express? This would be great since she already knows
most of the keystrokes. Right now she goes into Outlook and it dials up
automatically to send/receive her mail, so rather than downloading into
Outlook, I could direct it to Windows Mail and this program will let her add
addresses from received e-mails? Thanks a bunch!
