I've configured outlook express 6 to send and receive email from yahoo.
It has worked although the smtp sending was a bit iffy and needed a few
attempts
to send. However now it has stopped working and all I can do is receive it
seems.
Does anyone out there use yahoo in this way and has it working. I currently
use
freeserve as an ISP but I stopped using it because of the huge amount of
spam email
I was getting.
The error I get is
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk',
Server: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10054, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
