Outlook Express auto-resizing photos

Does anyone know if you can setup OE so that when viewing received
emails with photos that are larger than the window they will be auto
resized to fit??

If not in OE, is there an other email program that can do this.

You might want to ask in an OE ng, this is an Outlook ng, completely
different App.
Having said that if the pic is sent as an attachment it should open/be
opened in a picture/graphic editing App, and most of these have a
magnification menu option, iether increase or decrease.
If yr sending a pic from a digital camera often the supplied software has
the ability to compress or reduce the size of the pic.attachment
