Outlook Express - Help - Urgent

I have just purchase a Dell PC Windows Dimension XP.

Anyhow it has E Mail Outlook Express on it.

However everytime I go into this icon it brings up a
message saying the the Host Pop 2 Server can not be found
Account Pop 3 Server Pop 2

The Host POP3 could not be found please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly Account POP 3 and
Server POP 3.

Help!!!!
