You need to set up a rule to delete a sender's name or a word in a title, etc.

Tools - Rules Wizard and follow the instructions there

Hope this helps

Well, not so much as add a rule, as add to Junk Senders list.
In Outlook: Help and ask question of the Answer Wizard "block a sender" for
instructions.
Rules can help on spam messages with "trip words" in the title (like
mortgage, interest rate) but is limited to EXACT spelling (Mortgage is
different from M0ortgage) regardless of who sent it.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291608 will get you
started in rules, be careful with'em.

I'm using Outlook 2002, but 2000 & 2002 are similiar, use the "Junk Mail" option in Tools/Options/E-mail/E-mail Format to do the same thing as "Block Sender," in Outllook Express.
