Outlook Express password

I am on a stand along computer using Outlook Express for
email. I originally installed a password for the email
program and now want to remove it. I removed the
password under "Managing Identities" but I am still
prompted to enter a server password. How can I correct
this so when I click on the OE icon I go straight to my
Inbox?
