Outlook Express problem

Dear all,
I have an outlook express problem for a very long time. But did not have
time to fix it. Recently, I come back to it. The problem is when I send
messages out, there is a messagebox coming out which says "An error has
occurred, outlook express could not send" or something like that, it did
not provide any error id or whatsoever. Could anyone lend me a hand? Thanks
