Outlook Express trying to use dial up on DSL

I have DSL setup as always on. Yet when I try to execute Outlook Express, it
trys to use dialu and will not see that I am already connected to the web. It
calls up a dialup box with all fields blank. I have no dialup.
Can someone help me with this problem, please?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
