Whenever I shut down the computer, I lose all my mail, both read and unread, as well as the "Mail Rules" I've set up and the contents of the rules. I'm using Windows 98 - if that makes a difference. Can someone PLEASE tell me what to do - or where to find the answer. Thank you SO much!
