Outlook express

when I open outlook express to check my e-mail a window goes up that more or
less say "the server cannot be found". I have contacted Cox Cable that is my
server and they said this is a problem for microsoft to resolve.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
