Outlook Express

Hi,

I've just upgraded from '98 to XP. I've saved all my old
important E-Mail messages (the whole microsoft file that
incorporates all the local folders etc). I know I've re-
instated these E-Mails through @98 before. But I haven't
got a clue how to do it using XP.

Any ideas please?
