Outlook Failed to Start Correctly Last Time. Office 2002

This might have something to do with CA eTrust v7.1, cause this happens now
consistantly every "second time" you open outlook through terminal services
only. I installed it on the terminal server and this is what is happening now
with every user. and the same symptom.

I'm in the process now of updating office 2002 to SP3 + all post updates and
see if that makes a diff...

Any help/pointers would be so appreciated

Turn off email scanning in your AV - it is redundant, and useless.
