Outlook "Find" function

Can someone please tell me how I can get the Outlook find
function to work like the find function in the Palm
desktop software? What I need to be able to do is have
the "find" function search all contacts, appointmnets,
notes, tasks, inbox, etc (ie everything in outlook) by
default everytime. It also needs to look at all of the
text for all of the above listed items during the search.
