Outlook finish the name on address

Hi,

I use Outlook 2000. When I create a new email I type the name of the person
I want to in the "TO:" field. Most of the time it will not finish the
address automaticly? They people I'm writing to are in my address book.
Is there a setting I use to make this happen?

Any Ideas?
