I have a remote user who is using Outlook XP on Windows
XP Pro and who is making a VPN connection to the office.
Outlook freezes when he tries to send a 1MB JPG file. He
can successfully send it to the same recipient in the
office if he renames the file with a different extension,
but it takes a very long time. Sending the same file
internally (ie not by VPN) to the same recipient works
fine. Any ideas? Thanks, in advance.
